I wrote earlier today about the impact of having a quality process and how it can lead to employee pride. But what if you already HAVE a quality process? How can you ensure that it stays relevant to employees?

Over time your quality processes can fade into the background. Management and employees can start letting things slip. Eventually they may forget or just disregard the process altogether. So, what can you do?

Here are two things you can do to promote your quality process:
1. Keep driving the overall importance of the process both verbally and with actions.
2. Freshen up the delivery of information with new messages and imagery.

Just the way you’d notice a new color of paint on your neighbors house, a new message in a familiar spot in the workplace WILL get noticed.

Shake things up in your work “neighborhood” with a message that will get noticed. Here are a couple examples:
