Quality Process = Employee Pride

Having a quality process or processes in place at your firm do more than just set the standard to ensure a good output of product or service. A good quality process helps set the internal culture of your firm.

The employees of a company that has no processes in place may be confused as to HOW things are to be done. They may be receiving a message that “anything goes” and that the company is unprofessional, unorganized and doesn’t really care how things are done. Thus, each employee may have a different interpretation and performance in their job. Clearly that’s not a good thing for your customers to experience!

With good processes in place, company expectations are clear and employees can feel more secure that the company they work for is professional. They are able to feel confident in their role which in turn leads to having pride in their work. When that happens, your customers will know the difference.
